How to Book a session.
An initial 15 minute zoom/telephone consultation is FREE with no obligation to use additional services and is booked by clicking the links on jameshutchisonstyle.com or by clicking here: https://jameshutchisonstyle.setmore.com

To confirm your session with James after your introductory call where you will have discussed which service/s you'd like as well as dates and times, for UK orders you are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, for international orders you are required to pay in full when booking. An invoice will be emailed to you with a link to pay by debit/credit card as well as details for BACS/IBAN payment.

The final payment is due the day prior your agreed session date. You will be invoiced for this payment 48hrs prior to the appointment, If you have multiple sessions, full payment is to be made the day before the first service. You may also pay in full when booking, please ask to be invoiced in full.

All deposits/international payments are non-refundable. Time is allocated by James for each appointment, meaning other appointments  and travel may have been booked and paid for to attendance. If once your deposit is paid, you decide you no longer want your booked services, you will loose your deposit/payment.

Rescheduling and Cancellation terms and conditions

Please give a minimum of 7 days notice if you need to reschedule. (14 days for International sessions) You can reschedule once and your deposit will stay valid. James often has a waiting list of clients and giving this notice allows time to re-allocate the appointment. If you reschedule for a second time, an admin fee of £75 will be added to your final payment and you must pay this to rebook. If you need to reschedule for a third time, your deposit/payment will be invalidated and any booking will have to be repaid in full including the deposit amount. 

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Full payment is required for all gift vouchers. They will be posted to your giftee using Royal Mail post once full payment is received. The gift voucher will include instructions for your giftee. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash alternative to your giftee


Referral/Affiliate Scheme
