Is Concierge shopping for me?
Concierge shopping is a bespoke service designed for time poor clients or those who would rather do anything but clothes shop. The service offers the top tier of luxury service and includes a concierge shop, delivery of your purchases to your home/workplace or hotel and returns of your unwanted items. You pay James Hutchison Styling for the items you keep at face value and I deal with any returns of items you choose not to keep. Pricing for my concierge shopping is bespoke and based on the shopping brief and your proximity to your chosen shopping location. Pricing starts at £500 for a total duration of up to 6hrs total, with additional hours charged at £90 per hour.

It's the perfect service for clients who are time poor or would rather do just about anything rather than shop I'll send you pre-shop briefing document that is completed by you and emailed to me 7 days before the shop date, allowing me to research your brief objectives. Following this, we have an initial Zoom call with you to set your shopping goals based on your briefing. I then select items in store that match your objectives and brief.
Next, I deliver the selected items to you at your home/workplace or hotel or alternatively we can meet in our studio space in Carlisle, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham or London. You have the option of an in-person try-on with style recommendations and tailoring of the selected items from us, alternatively, you can send photographs of the try-on and I can offer advice via Zoom or email, whichever is more convenient to you. To make sure no unwanted items are kept, we even take care of the return of any such unused items back to their respective stores, you only pay for the items you decide to keep.
As an additional benefit, when you purchase anything from us, we create a FREE "Save Your Wardrobe" app account and upload all your purchases there too, you can add other items or future purchases to it anytime you want. Bookings are secured with a non-refundable 50% deposit (Covid-regulations excluded) Full balance due seven days prior to the session..(card payments accepted)
