\u2022 Train tickets were ordered the day you found out the dates.
\u2022 Your notes and bullet points have been written, re-written and polished.
\u2022 Your intro and exit music has been sent to the sound crew in plenty of time
\u2022 You\u2019ve even booked a table at a posh restaurant to celebrate.
So why is it that you are running around like a headless chicken the day before you leave trying to work out what you are going to wear? Fishing items out of the dirty laundry, trying on 20 outfits and asking your cats\u2019 opinion and taking 5 of them with you to do the same thing at your hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only around seven percent of communication is verbal the rest is a mix of body language, facial expressions and appearance. Don’t let these let you down befor you even open your mouth.
